Program essentials
We handhold manufacturing MSMEs to Industry 3.0 maturity and then to Industry 4.0 using the INDEEYA SaaS Platform. We make technology and people work for them by focusing on key impact areas to deliver positive results.
We believe in best practice driven manufacturing, which requires IT systems to enable, integrate and monitor the manufacturing processes in real-time, implemented on a phased manner. This calls for a step-by-step hardware and software integration into the existing machineries and processes.
Participating MSMEs go through the following four phases over 24 months:
Evaluation phase
Timeline: (1st to 3rd month)- Current maturity evaluation done for the people, process, equipment and IT
- Trial run INDEEYA SaaS Platform for a single product / project / department to evaluate suitability
Implement Industry 3.0 solutions
Timeline: (4th to 12th month)- Entire business is onboarded on INDEEYA SaaS Platform
- All users are trained to use INDEEYA platform
- OCM, PCM and Up-skilling are enabled
Achieve Industry 3.0 maturity and kickstart Industry 4.0 implementation
Timeline: (13th month)- INDEEYA SaaS usage stabilised
- Industry 4.0 implementation on one machine.
- Scaling up level 1 - access to 'makeonINDEEYA' domestic manufacturing marketplace
Implement Industry 4.0 solutions
Timeline: (14th - 24th months)- Industry 4.0 extend to entire facility / equipment
- Achieved KPIs - Productivity +20%, Resource utilisation +20% and Quality complaints -20%
- Scaling up level 2 - access to 'makeonINDEEYA' domestic & international manufacturing marketplace
